What's the largest set of kids concieved at one time without medical aid?

This week, in Quebec Canada a young woman 25 years old had triplets the 3rd baby was a surprise through out her pregnancy the doctors told her she was having twins and when she had a c-section they were surprised that a 3rd one was in there, they now have 7 kids...and didn't have any Special drugs, she did it on her own.
