Matthew 18:18-19, why do Mormons use this verse as to a reason why they are married in heaven?

Wow... clearly the two Mormons who have answered your question have done so well. I am sick of people who disagree on points of doctrine with other people calling them "cults", and "non-Christian". Thank you Mormons for showing us how to disagree without being disagreeable.
