Does anyone know the size of an embryo (zygote) 1 week after fertilisation?

Is it visible to the naked eye? I am just worried that the embryos have fallen out after embryo transfer a few days back because when I wiped after urinating yesterday there were two dots (slightly bigger than this dot . ) on the tissue. Please don't laugh at me, just want some opinions - stressing out!
