Question regarding VA Mental Health Treatment?

The VA has psychologist and psychiatrist on staff at all their hospital locations. It is unlikely the administration will be able to do anything however in most VA's they have a liaison officer that basically takes complaints and looks into things like wait times etc. Of course as with any hospital during busy times there will be a wait time however anything excessive should be reported. In most of the VA waiting rooms they usually have the number to the liaison officer posted for the veterans to call if they have issues.
