Why can people label Muslims...?

first of all let me just say i am jewish. i don't have anything against muslims but i do notice that some do kind of have the wrong idea. the thing is, we are all humans killing humans and humans blaming and ignorantly judging other humans with out knowing them. I've noticed on yahoo answers there are people who say israeli's killing palestinians when they have no idea whats really going on. i guess you can kind of blame the media for that... or america!
