Why is Most of America "Stuck" with Bailing out Fannie Mae Mortgages in CA, FL, NV, AZ?

It is funny how so many people think that the government is "stepping in" THEY STARTED THESE PROGRAMS, They ran them and now they are saving THEIR own failed businesses. Yet another example of how well Government run things fall apart. Obama wants government to do more government involvement running things?? NO THANK YOU.
