"There is thus an ogy between the soul and the hand?

Aristotle don't believe in ideas of Plato and distinguishes only matter and form as the beginning of all things. The phrase is parable. Hand like tool of tools means the best tool of all. Accordingly intellect is the best form of all, things begins through it the most easily way and senses are source of knowledge (it is not implied from the given phrase, but it is a principle of Aristotle's philosophy).
