What do you guys think about this guy?

Okay, so me and this guy have been texting like non-stop this past week. He gave me his number awhile ago, and I always text him, and every now and then he texts me. I asked him if I annoy him and he said, "Trust me, you aren't." And one time he said he would text me later, but he never did, so I texted him, and he was like "Oh sorry, I forgot". And I was like, "Yeah, I was wondering what was going on" And then he was like, "It won't happen again." And I was like, "It's okay I do the same thing, and my best friend is very forgetful." And then he said, "Well, that's still no excuse" Later on that night we were talking, but he was having a serious conversation with someone so I asked if he wanted to talk later, and he said "K, ttyl" And I was like, "If you want you can text me later." and he was like, "Cool, I'll do that." The next day he texted me, but after an hour or so of texting he just stops. What do you guys think?
