My brother in law has a huge problem.?

My brother in law, Juanito is very shy but he is crazy about this girl. It's so obvious and I pressured him into telling me. This girl feels the same way and would be great for him. She's gorgeous, smart, funny, and just a well rounded humble person. I'm trying to help him out, I've invited her places with us and had her at my son's birthday party. She loves kids. She confided in me that she does like him a lot and would like to be with him, but she cannot bring herself to open up about her feelings to him because he's so darn shy. He's afraid of rejection. I'm trying to talk him through it and make him realize that she won't reject him. It goes in one ear and out the other. Other than kicking him in the face, what can I do to help coax him a bit!
