Does evolution contradict most of theology?

'"There is no evolution!" because I am not asking whether or not evolution happened, Im asking if it did, what would be the affect of it on theism.' First of all Abrahamic religions are not the only theistic ones in the world (heard of Hinduism, 13.5% of the world?), so any conflicts between evolution and Genesis don't discount theism. Secondly the worlds largest religions such as Islam and Catholicism have not as a whole disagreed with evolution. This conflict is largely an American and Levant thing.
