1st date w/ korean girl need help!?

Hi! I am high school senior and I feel the need to get into a relationship with some girl before i go to college.So I met this cute (moderately y) korean girl in art cl for a week now after school started. We talked, flirted, and laughed. It was like an instant thing you know and I knew right away i really liked her. She was shy but we really got the thing going when my art teacher igned an activity where we had to draw each other. She told me her korean name and i got her facebook + phone number as well. Well, i got this girl-fear syndrome that i improved a hell lot in the past 2 years and that is probably why i never got a girlfriend before. My female friends said im cute and they tol me i should really get a girlfriend. So yea, do u think i should ask her out right away or wait for 2 more weeks after i get my license (god damn! i know i should have got my license at least a year ago)? And if i ask her on a date, what should i do w/ her? If any of u guys live in san diego, please give me suggestions for a place to go on a 1st date. I really need ur suggestions here so please give me some tips. Thanks!
