Will the ICC eventually split into two separate bodies?

If India have their way it will, they want nothing better than to rule world cricket. Completely forgetting it was never theirs to begin with, they are deliberately setting about causing dissention in ICC with their behaviour towards rules & laws of cricket & introduction of IPL to cause division in world cricket & among individual teams.I would like to see ICC kick them to the kerb if you want the truth, because far from finishing cricket I think it would make those lesser teams realise just what India is up to, & that is complete dominance in cricket by fair means or foul. It may take a few seasons in the losers corner, but they would get the idea after a while. Any country that has to 'buy' it's wins, is not worthy of being in the great game of cricket.
