Philosophical question anyone?

I would go for the controlling, yet so called loving god, much like the Judeo-Christian belief. That way, I could rid of logic and keep my sheep in line with the ever promising thret of hell, and the looking forward to heaven. Mostly, my god would be contradictory, that way he could never be understtod, and if he can't be understood, the humans must have faith, ever more giving me, through my god, complete control and power.
