Multiple infections of psuedomonas and staph for last five months on leg ulcer. Any suggestions?

...my husband doctor says, "do a culture and sensitivity test. If it is sensitive, we will know. Follow the results with the right antibiotic. Check your fasting blood, GTT, and hormone profile. Write back with the results." Good luck.
